Amber’s role as a Director of the MSB includes serving on our Review, and on the Training and Assessment Committees. As CEO of one of Australia’s largest dispute resolution organisations, she shares extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance as well as complaints, professional standards and dispute resolution.  

Amber has led several high profile public institutions including as CEO of the New South Wales Law Enforcement Conduct Commission and Chief Human Resources Officer for the New South Wales Department of Justice. She currently holds the position of CEO of the Resolution Institute.  

Amber holds a Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). She is also a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Amber has spent many years advocating for workplace cultures that embrace diversity, benefiting the Communities in which the organisation serves, as well as the organisation itself. 

She has facilitated a number of strategic partnerships and sits on the Board of Management for a Joint Venture between the Resolution Institute and the University of Adelaide, resulting in postgraduate university dispute resolution programmes, such as the Professional Certificate in Arbitration, and Family Law Arbitration.

She also brings diverse industry experience to her role with the MSB, having worked in both the private and public sector including justice, integrity oversight, health and fast moving consumer goods industries.
